I'm just a girl who has lost weight, and get's it now! I want to help anyone I can who wants to lose weight by sharing what I know so that others can become stronger and healthier!

My Goals...

  • To get Financially Fit! (Working on that one but will be there I promise!)
  • To get into a Size 6 "anything" again just cuz that would be AWESOME!
  • To do all the Beachbody workouts cuz Im crazy like that! Lol
  • To help as many people as I can to lose their weight and get healthy! (This is one I always want to work on) :)
  • To run a half marathon one day!

My 2011 Goals are...

  • To be able to not only do 1 pull up, but MANY pull ups!
  • To run the Prefontaine Memorial Run in less than 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • To be positive and not let negativity get the best of me again. I'm not gonna live my life dwelling on negative things, or people's negative comments. By being positive, I believe that I can accomplish more!
  • To try to help others in their own weight loss/health journies. I think it's important to not only be supported in my own journey, but that I be there for others in their own journies as well.
  • To remind myself that I'm a strong woman, and that I'm capable of a kick-butt workout when I feel like being lazy and not trying as hard.
  • To get back the drive and self love that I once had. I won't let life pass me by anymore! I'm gonna live my best life!
  • To find joy in my journey to the healthier me! I'm lovin' this journey so far!

I will strive to...

  • Find joy in the journey no matter how frustrating it may be.
  • To get sculpted, lean, and more defined muscles.
  • Work out every day for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day 6 days a week, then take the 7th day off as a rest day.
  • To lose this dang fat the healthy way by doing hard work, exercise, and by eating healthy.
  • To find more positive things I like about myself instead of focusing on the negative things.
  • To stop being so obsessed with the scale, and to just focus on how strong I feel each and every day.
  • To do the best I can each and every day no matter what!

My thought for right now...

Re-evaluate who you are, and what you want out of this life, and go for it! Today is a new day. Another day to be a better person, to not settle for anything less then what you deserve! Sometimes it's hard to realize that we are more then what we think we're worth, but to someone upstairs, we matter an awful lot ;) Strive upward, onward and with a purpose in your life!
