This morning I

really felt like crap, but I got up off my booty and went to the track to go and run. I got to the track, and did about 7 laps. I did things a little differently today at the track. Instead of walking a lap first then running the rest of the time, I ran half the track, then I walked at a fast pace for the other half of the track and so on till I felt like had done enough for the day. I didn't wear my pedometer today, but I know that I was there for 45 minutes. Anyways, doing that kept things interesting while I was there. Something I've noticed is that when I chew gum when I go running then that helps my mouth not to get so dry, and also helps to keep my mind busy so I don't get bored. What I really need to get is something that I can listen to music on like an MP3 player or an ipod or something. I don't know what my options are, but I need something. I'm getting kind of bored with just hearing my breathing as I'm running or walking. Anyways, when I was on my last lap and nearly done, I really felt like I was gonna puke! I haven't felt that bad for a long time. Then when I got home, all I could do after I opened the door was to stand in the door way and cry. I know, it's pitiful huh. But I also know that we all have those days where we just need to be pitiful and cry a little.
So anyways, tomorrow is my weigh-in day. I'm hoping to have lost something. We'll see. If not, then I'll just work out that much harder, I'll drink more water, I'll do what ever it takes (that's healthy) to get to my goal weight. I'll get there.
