Side effects of losing weight...

  1. People notice you more. Who doesn't like that?!
  2. You are pleasantly surprised when your "regular" size is too small!
  3. You look forward to challenging yourself at your next workout!
  4. You sometimes feel like your former obese self until you look in the mirror and realize that you're not anymore! LOVE that!
  5. You are amazed by how much you love this new healthy life style and then you realize that you'll never go back to how you used to be!
  6. The more fat you lose, the more clothes you gain! Now that's one gain that I LOVE!!! :)
