Pooped and Proud!

I just got back from my run. I ran 5.57 miles, did 11,769 steps during my workout, and burned a total of 625 calories!
Getting started is the hardest part of a workout, but once you start and you notice how good you feel, it's such a great feeling that you want to keep going. This thing isn't always easy but it's worth all the effort!
I'm going to go drink some water. Later all!
