Nutrition tip! Having a bowl of fruit is a great way to keep a healthy snack at hand when you're hungry! A bowl of almonds, or any healthy snack is a great way to defend against grabbing something that's junk!in fact I just grabbed a pear off my counter cuz I was hungry and avoided the candy trap! BUT I will admit that I ate a tiny chocolate covered marshmallow bunny this morning, and it was YUMMY! All things in moderation ;)
