WARNING!!! Boring food journal entry! Lol

YAY for me today! I did really good with my journaling, I logged everything I ate, and drank my water, even had to refill it! So here's my food journal entry for today :)

6:23 am: French Vanilla Formula1 shake (Made with milk, 16 grams protein total with both milk and shake mix)
7:49 am: 1 medium pear
10:20 am: Vanilla Dream Formula1 shake mix made with water (20 grams protein)
1 pm: 1 pear
4 pm: 5 slices Canadian Bacon (10 grams protein)
2 cutie oranges
1 Tillapia Fillet
1 hard boiled egg w/o yolk
15 medium sized whole mushrooms
5 pm: medium orange
8:30 pm:medium orange

*52 ounce water

YAY today was a success because I journaled and ate healthy!
